  • Do I need an appointment?
We do our best to accommodate all walk-ins, but priority is given to those with reservations. We recommend setting up a reservation, particularly if your group is larger than 6, or if you’d like to enjoy a meal at our bistro. Walk-ins for wine tastings or wine shop purchases are welcomed. We’d like to give each party the specialized attention they deserve so we’d love to hear from you about when you’re coming by so we can be prepared. CLICK HERE FOR RESERVATIONS During the winter months, please call 250-486-5290 or email us at reservations@serendipitywinery.com to set up an appointment.
  • Is your Winery kid/dog friendly?
All well behaved children and dogs are welcome to visit the winery. We do not have a kids menu or high chairs available for the little ones, but we have a variety of board games that they can play with while you enjoy your wine tasting. For your furry friends, we’d love for them to join! We do request that they stay on leash while visiting the winery, in case other guests are not as comfortable with them as we are.
  • Do you have a tasting fee? What can I expect for a tasting?
We have a $15 tasting fee per person in our tasting room. However, if you choose to buy a bottle after your tasting, this fee is waived. Tastings are usually done in our air conditioned tasting room. We will go through a selection of 5 wines for you to taste, while giving you information about each wine. Tastings can be anywhere from 15mins to 30mins (or more!) depending on you. If you’d like more information, we encourage you to ask more questions! You often are talking directly to the owner or winemaker (Judy or Katie) and they will happily share their passion with you. We recommend doing your tasting first and then moving to our covered patio to sit back and enjoy refreshments from our bistro.
  • Where do you ship wines to?
We will ship our wines anywhere in Canada, except for Ontario (due to legislation changes at the LCBO unfortunately). We are not able to ship wines internationally at this time. Please note that we use ATS shippers for our delivery service. They are fast, reliable, and most importantly temperature controlled to ensure your wine stays safe during transit. They deliver Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
  • Do you have accomodations on site?
No, we don't have accommodations set up at our winery, but there are a number of excellent hotels, cottages, and B&Bs around the corner in Naramata. You can peruse them at; https://discovernaramata.com/stay/bed-breakfasts
  • Will your bistro accommodate dietary restrictions?
Our chef will do their best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please inform your server of any/all restrictions. Our menu already specifies and includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
